The Gruffalo books

We love the Gruffalo books by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s in our household and the movies are a tradition during winter time. Both books are engaging, beautifully illustrated, and full of clever storytelling. The books are a must-read classics and they are perfect for preschoolers and early elementary children, offering humor, rhythm, and a delightful lesson about brains over brawn. We have read them over and over again.
